Ali Mast, Co-Founder, Principal
Ali Mast is known for her sharp go-to-market lens and unmatched energy in execution. Over 15+ years as a revenue leader, she has scaled SaaS and embedded finance companies through growth phases, funding rounds, acquisitions, and successful exits, always tying vision to measurable outcomes. Ali has led GTM strategies that unlocked hundreds of millions in recurring revenue, tripled payments volume into the tens of billions, and consistently elevated enterprise value. Her career spans both sides of the ecosystem: building revenue functions inside SaaS companies and scaling payments providers from the infrastructure side, helping to stand up PayFacs, launch acquiring platforms, and expand global processors. This dual perspective allows her to bridge platform ambition with real-world execution, acting as our in house SaaS to payments translator.
Ashley Willson, Co-Founder, Principal
Ashley Willson is a seasoned payments executive with a proven track record of building and scaling fintech companies from the ground up to billions in processing volume. She successfully exited her own payments start-up, built and launched an acquiring processor in both the U.S. and Canadian markets, and has led strategy at some of the industry’s leading PayFac and acquiring platforms. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of embedded finance, from infrastructure development and compliance to revenue optimization and growth strategy. Whether launching a startup or scaling an enterprise, Ashley combines deep operational insight with a clear blueprint for transforming complex payment challenges into scalable, profitable solutions.
